Sheets from the PE
film roll are cut into a preset length and inserted into an index pocket. The PE
film piece is then compressed inside the compressing device and inserted down
into the bottle. Unique compressing method of the film piece to spread inside
the bottle and to ensure that the area around the neck of the bottle is clear.
Produces piece
lengths from 70mm to 250mm (straight length before folding) and inserts multiple
pieces per bottle without change parts.
Verification sensors
of PE presence and insertion check that the film is completely pushed inside
the bottle in conjunction with rejection system guarantee smooth, error-free
operation.
Output:
Max. 40 bottles per minute depending on bottle neck diameter and feeding speed

ranges: Diameter 30-100mm, Height 40-200mm
Straight bottles with no shoulder may not be
applied.
