An advanced
check-weighing system integrated with the DMC series tablet counters for
detection and rejection of broken tablets. Compact and extremely accurate, tare
and gross weights of each container are measured before and after filling by
means of technologically advanced load cells with an accuracy of 50mg. This
allows online rejection of invalid containers when the filled weight exceeds
preset allowable weight range.
The
Tare/Gross weighing stations with servo controlled bottle transfer system can
be offered with the DMC120, 60S and 60T tablet counter models.
Accuracy
(based on 150mg tablet weight tolerance within 4%):
- - Up to ½ piece over/undercount detection under 30 counts/bottle
- - Up to 1 piece over/undercount detection under 100 counts/bottle
Capacity:
Max. 12000 tablets per minute based on diameter 8mm/uncoated tablets.
Actual speeds will vary based on bottle neck
diameter and the shape and size of the product.
