Caps are loaded into a bowl feeder, aligned and fed
to the chute escapement.
As containers pass along the conveyor, they are
gripped by adjustable side belts.
The cap is placed onto the container before being
pressed by a height adjustable top pressure belt that effects closure.
Fully adjustable cap feeder, top pressure and side
belts and conveyor guides require no change parts for various applications.
Container
rejection for missing, misaligned and skewed caps.
Can be
integrated with our automatic cap elevator (option)

Max. 100 bottles per minute depending on the shape and size of the cap
