Bottles
supplied to bulk hopper are fed to the cleaning station through bottle
escalator and turn table. By means of hook and bumper, bottles are inverted,
securely gripped by side belt conveyor while they are cleaned twice by filtered
& ionized air and vacuum suction and discharged in an upright position on
the conveyor.
Turn table
is fully adjustable. Change parts are not required for different size bottles.
Pharmaceutical
grade filter generates the purest air for cleaning.
Fallen
containers and upside down containers are rejected for continuous line
operation.
Output: Max. 100 bottles per minute depending on bottle shape and size
Bottle size ranges: Diameter 30-100mm, Height 40-180mm
